Four stages, in sequence. The diagnostic establishes a baseline the utility, its regulator and its lenders can all stand behind; every subsequent tranche is measured against it. Deployment is delivered through partner and contractor relationships under Gridline's technical direction.

    Establish what the network actually is, not what the record says it is.

    • Field verification of assets on priority districts — feeders walked, transformers logged, connectivity traced.
    • Loss, reliability and revenue baselines computed from verified data.
    • OT and data-systems assessment: SCADA, metering head-ends, GIS, billing.
    • The diagnostic ends with numbers the utility, its regulator and its lenders can all stand behind.

  2. 02

    Design

    Sequence investment where it moves the numbers.

    • Interventions ranked by effect on losses, reliability and revenue per unit of capital.
    • Engineering designs, specifications and procurement packages for each tranche.
    • AMPERE tenancy configured; reporting mapped to the regulator’s templates.
    • Financing structure agreed with the utility and, where relevant, DFI partners.

  3. 03

    Deploy

    Deliver in tranches, prove each one before the next.

    • Construction, retrofit and metering rollouts delivered with utility crews alongside Gridline engineers.
    • Every completed job recorded in AMPERE — the register stays live from day one.
    • Each tranche closes with measured results against the diagnostic baseline.
    • No tranche proceeds on assumed results from the previous one.

    Operate

    Leave a network the utility can run, measure and defend.

    • Operations and maintenance regimes built around the live register.
    • Utility teams trained on AMPERE, field processes and reporting pipelines.
    • Quarterly performance reviews against the regulatory baseline.
    • Gridline’s platforms carry the work forward after handover, so the client isn’t left with a system nobody maintains.
    • Gridline steps back to a support role; the capability stays with the utility.
